Tanya both sold our old home and helped us purchase our new home. From day one, Tanya used her expertise of our local market to make our selling and buying process easy. She was able to refer me to anyone from multiple financiers, handymen to fix our home inspection issues in a timely and professional manner, landscapers, etc. You name it, and Tanya was able to provide us with it. Having her as our realtor was the best thing we could have done. I began working with Tanya as buyer’s agent a year ago when I put my home on the market and identified the location and general type housing I wanted. She was patient with me in showing me some options at that time but I decided not to pursue further until I had a contract for selling my home, which took many months. When the right time came, there were few options available but Tanya was willing to even check with some homeowners in my desired location who were reported to be considering selling. She was very prompt in responding to my calls, making appointments, and in seeking and providing information. She was quite helpful throughout the whole process, providing a check sheet of what to expect when and options for my selection of inspectors and other providers needed for the purchase process. She introduced me to steps I would not have thought of, attended the home inspection and helped me know what was reasonable to request of the seller and then represented me well in the negotiations. Tanya took extra time for helping me access the home to do advance planning and offered information about potential providers of services I was seeking and made inquiries to help.
